Return & Refund Policy

Due to the personal-care nature of our products, opened or used fragrance oils, soaps, lotions, body butters, and natural oils cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene and safety reasons.

Unopened and unused products may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition and packaging.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact Lloyd Goodbody as soon as possible after delivery. We may request photos of the product and packaging so we can review the issue.

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by Lloyd Goodbody.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
